NOTE: NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, i.e...Government Agencies, Universities, etc.. We do except Purchase Orders! Please phone or fax your orders!

HOW TO ORDER:

Telephone or mail orders are accepted. If ordering by telephone please be sure to have your order ready when you call. If ordering by mail print out the order form provided online and fill it out. Be sure to state item number, quantity and description in spaces provided. Please write or print as clearly as possible. Please note our units of packing.

HOW TO PAY FOR THE ORDER:

CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
P.O.'s excepted on a limited basis, ( see non-profits above ).

PRICES:

All prices are net. These are the current prices and they replace all previous quotations. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We can not be held responsible for typographical errors in our catalog.

SHIPPING:

We prefer to ship via UPS within the CONTINENTAL U.S.A. All prices in this catalog are F.O.B. our shipping warehouse. Inother words the customer pays for the shipping charges.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.:
Orders to be shipped via USPS Air Parcel or UPS Express, ( if preferred & offered in your area ).
Shipping cost will be calculated at time of shipping. Payment must be prepaid in full. We do not ship C.O.D. to locations outside the Continental U.S.A.

RETURNS:

It's important to us that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item is not used and is in perfect condition, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of shipping date. Merchandise returned is subject to a $10.00 or a 10% ( whichever is greater ) restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please wrap, package and seal the merchandise securely with the original invoice and packing materials, if possible. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the item and if it is in its original condition your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

We cannot accept returns on a C.O.D. or Collect basis. All merchandise is carefully inspected, packed securely, weighed, and delivered to the transportation company in good condition. Our responsiblity for damages ceases when your order is accepted and signed for by the carrier. If your shipment appears to be damaged, have the delivering agent make a notation to that effect on your delivery receipt. Promptly unpack and inspect the contents and NOTIFY THE DELIVERY AGENT WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS of any damage and file a claim with the agent for the merchandise damaged.
